Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SlinkDash, the e-commerce profit analytics dashboard operated by Slink Digital ("we", "us", "our"), available at dash.slinkdigital.site (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SlinkDash consolidates data from services you choose to connect — such as Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads and supplier platforms — to display sales, costs, advertising spend and computed profitability for your own e-commerce operations. The Service is an analytics and reporting tool; it does not modify data in your connected services.

2. Accounts and access

  • Access to the Service is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account;
  • You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service only for business purposes;
  • Notify us promptly at slinknegociosdigitais@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Connected services

  • You may connect third-party services (for example Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads) using their official authorization flows. By connecting a service, you represent that you own or are authorized to access the connected account;
  • Your use of each connected service remains governed by that service's own terms and policies;
  • You may disconnect any integration at any time. Disconnecting stops new data syncing from that service;
  • How we handle data from connected services is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our infrastructure;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and the SlinkDash name and logo — is owned by Slink Digital. Your business data remains yours: we claim no ownership over the data you connect to or view in the Service.

6. Accuracy of information

The Service computes profitability figures from data provided by your connected services. While we work to keep these figures accurate and current, they depend on third-party data and exchange rates, and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax or accounting advice, and should not replace your official accounting records.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slink Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at home.slinkdigital.site/en/terms, with its effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
